"Pre-Order" Orders:
Processing of Pre-orders is now complete.

"Landrush" Orders:

We will be inserting successful .CO Landrush orders into OpenSRS accounts as we receive the names from the registry. Names with multiple applications during the Landrush phase will go to auction. The .CO Registry will be contacting auction participants directly with bidding information.

"Dead Zone" Orders:

Orders placed between July 20 11:00AM EDT (15:00 UTC) (when pre-orders closed) and July 20 2:00PM EDT (18:00 UTC) (when the registry opened) are held in "Pending" state. If you placed orders during this time you will need to process these requests again (via RWI or API).

"Dead Zone" Orders:

Orders placed in the dead zone between 11:00AM EDT (15:00 UTC) (when pre-orders closed) and 2:00PM EDT (18:00 UTC) (when the registry opened) are being held in "Pending" state. If you placed orders during this time you will need to process these requests now (via RWI or API).

"Pre-Order" Orders:

All Pre-Order Registrations were processed within the first 10 minutes of the .CO Registry being open.

We're now starting the process of:

a) assigning successfully pre-ordered .co domains to resellers and making them visible in your reseller account,

b) updating domains at the registry and within OpenSRS to show the correct registrant information, and

c) updating Reseller Accounts to withdraw funds for domains won and to release holds on funds for domains not won.

Given the unexpectedly large number of pre-orders received, this will take a bit longer than we anticipated - possibly up to 48 hours. We know you (and your customers) are eager to see how you did and we apologize for making you wait.

Note that MOST Pre-Order domains should be showing an order status of "Processed". If you see an order status of "Pending" on a Pre-Ordered domain it is likely that you had insufficient funds in your account and we did not submit your request. You'll need to process those requests again once you have sufficient funds in your Reseller Account. You may also see "Cancelled" as an order status if you submitted multiple orders for the same domain or if you did in fact cancel a pre-order.

"Landrush" Orders:

Note: .co services will be available on Storefront by approximately 19:00 UTC. We will keep you posted.

Update 19:21 UTC:
We are testing .co services for Storefront. Resellers may not be able to set the Storefront pricing for .co. Your customers can make .co purchases.

Update 21:49 UTC:
Our Development team are implementing a change to address the Storefront pricing issue. This should be fixed within the hour.

Update 23:08 UTC:
All .co services are fully available via the RWI, the APP and Storefront.

Service Impact for Resellers:
Domain registrations, domain renewals, admin contact updates, or any other requests to CIRA systems will be unavailable.

Service Impact for End-users:
Domains will continue to resolve.
