.CN services are now working normally. Our network operations staff was in contact with the registry operator and confirmed that there was an issue with the registry that caused the intermittent errors which has since been resolved.

For a period of 18 minutes beginning approximately 4:00pm EDT (20:00 UTC), customers were unable to access the OpenSRS Batch Processing tool, experiencing timeout messages. Our Operations team reinitialized the affected component and subsequent testing shows that service has returned to normal.

Our Name Suggestion tool is back online.

Incident Summary:

For approximately four hours today, from around 09:00 - 13:00 UTC, our domain name suggestion tool was unavailable due to timeouts. We contacted our upstream vendor who confirmed that they were experiencing network issues at their data center. The network issues have now been resolved and regular service has been restored.
